Textreme Glitter Thread

One of Kramer's favorite materials for perdigons, Textreme's Glitter Thread is available in an enormous range of colors, and can be used in a bobbin holder on its own as a thread. Tie it in like any tying thread, fasten down your tailing fibers, build up however much of a taper you want the fly to have, throw in a couple two turn whip finishes and resin over it. Super fast, simple, and effective. 

You can also use it as a ribbing either as a single strand or by tying in a loop of it and spinning the loop into a tight rope with a dubbing twister, which raises its strength considerably.
