Weiss' Mustard Walt's

Team U.S.A. member Pat Weiss is one of the best river fishermen in America, and he has been for quite some time. The Mustard Walts is his spin on the classic trout producing pattern the Walt's Worm. 

Here's what Pat has to say: "My take on the Walts Worm. I've kept the build slim and slightly tapered to mimic many available food sources present within rivers. I went with fluorocarbon for the rib over wire to avoid over-segmentation and the addition of translucency as well. Apart from the bead, there is no flash in this fly for the fish to refuse. This is a true year 'round pattern and catches fish all over the world."
